1. Data controller

2. What we collect
When you place an order we collect the data needed to process it: name, email address, billing details and order history. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and its partners — we never see or store your full card details. We also collect standard technical data (cookies, analytics) to run and improve the site.
3. Why we use it
We process your data to deliver your digital files, provide customer support, meet our legal obligations (accounting, tax), and — only if you opt in — send you our email newsletter. Legal bases under the GDPR: performance of a contract, legal obligation, and consent for marketing.
4. How long we keep it
Order data is kept for the duration required by French accounting law (10 years for invoices). Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data follows the retention settings of our providers.
5. Who we share it with
Your data is shared only with the processors needed to run the store: Shopify (hosting and payments), our email provider, and analytics services. We never sell your personal data.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact silvamathieu.pro@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
7. Cookies
We use cookies necessary for the store to function (cart, checkout) and, subject to your consent where required, analytics and marketing cookies. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.
