2. What we sell
We sell digital document kits (editable templates and guides) delivered by instant download. No physical goods are shipped.
3. Not legal advice
The Visa Blueprint is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or immigration services. Our products are educational templates and guidance only. Purchasing or using our products does not create any attorney–client or advisor–client relationship. Visa and residence-permit decisions are made exclusively by the competent French authorities, and we make no guarantee of any application outcome.
4. Orders and delivery
Upon completed payment, your files are made available for immediate download and a download link is sent to the email address provided at checkout. You are responsible for providing a valid email address.
5. Licence of use
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the templates for your own visa application (or applications within your immediate household). You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or share the files, in whole or in part.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site and in our products (text, templates, guides, images, branding) is owned by The Visa Blueprint and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately after purchase, where you have expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. By completing your purchase, you give this consent and acknowledgement. See our Refund Policy.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for visa refusals, delays, or any indirect losses.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent French courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
