Digital products — how refunds work
All our products are digital files delivered by instant download. In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code (and equivalent EU rules), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once delivery has begun with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal. By completing checkout, you give this consent. For this reason, all sales are final once your download link has been issued.
When we will make it right
We will always help if something goes wrong on our side. Contact us at silvamathieu.pro@gmail.com and we will replace the files or refund you if:
- your files are corrupted or cannot be opened, and we cannot provide a working copy;
- you were charged but never received a download link (after checking your spam folder);
- you received a different product than the one you ordered;
- you were charged twice for the same order.
What is not refundable
We cannot refund a purchase because a visa application was refused, because you changed your mind after downloading, or because you bought the wrong kit for your situation — please read the product descriptions carefully, and contact us before buying if you are unsure which kit fits your case. If you bought an individual kit and want to upgrade to the Complete Bundle shortly after, write to us and we will do our best to find a fair solution.
